These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between the 4bdt platform and its users ("Members"). 4bdt is an online betting and casino platform that provides services in English for players in Bangladesh.

Account Registration & Management

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

4bdt may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

If multiple accounts are being operated.
If an attempt is made to exploit any bug or vulnerability in the platform's system or software.
If bonuses or promotional offers are misused.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and the funds may be returned in such cases.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4bdt offers a welcome bonus for new members and various ongoing promotional offers. These offers are entirely optional — accepting any bonus makes the following conditions applicable.

Welcome Bonus

100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a specified amount must be wagered. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each promotion may be used only once per account.
Misuse of the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will be considered a breach of these Terms.
4bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
If wagering is not completed within the specified period from the date the bonus was received, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.

VIP Program Terms

4bdt's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with special benefits including weekly cashback.

Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Members may advance to higher tiers based on their volume and consistency of play. VIP membership is reviewed by 4bdt and may be revoked in case of a breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4bdt platform. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

Using the platform for fraud, deception, or money laundering.
Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other unauthorized software.
Identifying and exploiting technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.
Collecting another member's account information or attempting unauthorized access to their account.
Using a false identity or the identity of a third party.
Operating multiple accounts or creating multiple identities to obtain bonuses.
Sending malicious code or viruses to the platform's servers, network, or infrastructure.

4bdt reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if suspicious activity is detected.

Gaming Rules

All games available on 4bdt — slots, casino table games, live dealer, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by the following rules:

8.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or via a live dealer.
If a game cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
In the case of a bug in a game provider's software, the matter will be resolved in accordance with that provider's policy.

8.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game. These limits are displayed in the game information within the game lobby. 4bdt reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

8.3 Sports Betting

Only bets placed before the betting market closes are valid.
If a match or event is cancelled, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded.
If incorrect odds are displayed, 4bdt reserves the right to void or correct that bet.
